What if my setters suck or I need a new one?

We don’t assume “A‑players.” We assume average setters and install a system that makes them perform. During weeks 1–4 we retrain them on proven scripts, KPIs, and workflows. If someone truly can’t meet agreed benchmarks, we help you replace them and plug the new setter into the same system.

What if my CRM is a mess?

If your CRM wasn't a mess, you probably wouldn't need us. The first thing we do is audit your current setup, clean the basics, and make sure leads actually flow from IG and ads into a trackable pipeline. We'll standardize tags, stages, and routing so you can finally see what's working. You just give us access and approvals; we handle the heavy lifting.

How is this different from just hiring another setter?

Another setter = another person in a broken system. We install the system that makes any reasonable setter predictable. Scripts, KPIs, dashboards, coaching, and management all done for you.

How much of my time is needed?
